Fahri Oz

With over 15 years of paragliding experience, Fahri Oz is not just a co-founder of Safe Gliders and iFLY but a passionate pilot who lives and breathes the sport. As a BHPA-qualified pilot for both powered and hill flying, Fahri has honed his skills across diverse flying conditions, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of the sport. His journey in paragliding began as a personal pursuit of freedom and connection with the skies, which eventually transformed into a professional endeavour. Fahri brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and technical knowledge to iFLY and Safe Gliders, having mastered every step of the paraglider production process—from design and nesting to laser cutting, sewing, line production, and rigorous quality control.

Fahri holds a double honours in Computing and Financial Services from London Guildhall University. He founded his IT company in London, delivering innovative projects to banks, governments, automotive companies, and the infrastructure and energy sectors. His background in IT has honed his analytical skills, precision, and dedication to delivering top-notch results—qualities he now channels into creating world-class paragliders. Fahri’s guiding principles—honesty, safety, quality, and trust—are deeply woven into every aspect of his work.
